How does automated Alloggiati Web filing work?
The data your guest enters during self check-in is validated and sent to the Italian State Police portal within the required deadlines, with nothing for you to retype. Every filing leaves a receipt, so you always have proof that you reported correctly.
Does the channel manager work with the channels I already use?
Yes. We connect your main sales channels and your direct booking, and from there calendars, rates and availability stay synced in real time. You enter a change once and find it everywhere, with no double entry and no overbooking.
Does revenue management set prices instead of me?
You set the boundaries: minimum price, maximum price and rules for the periods you care about. Within those limits the system moves rates based on demand, seasonality and local events, and you can always lock a date by hand.
Do I have to migrate the data I already have?
We handle it during setup: we bring in guest records, ongoing bookings and rate plans from whatever you use today, be it a management system, a spreadsheet or your channel calendars. You give us the access, we do the rest.
How long does it take to set up the system?

Do I already need a smart lock?
Not necessarily. Livenly speeds up self check-in either way: if you have smart locks we integrate them with the NFC system, but if you use traditional keys our guided steps still lead the guest all the way to them.
